At the beginning of the off-season I wasn't in favor of Granderson at all.  But as time passed and I read the very rational arguments of fellow posters on TRDM and saw where the market was going with the alternatives, I too became a huge fan of the idea. 

That being said, the Mets now can't just call it an off-season.  Granderson and Young alone still do not fix what ails.  They still need to make some moves offensively and bring in a veteran starter.  But this is a huge step for sure.
